BG series scotch yoke pneumatic piston actuator are designed in many different model number combinations of actuator sizes, cylinder diameters. The scotch and yoke actuator can provide a wide torque output range from 110Nm to 500000Nm, which the high torque can support big size ball valve, butterfly valve etc quarter turn valves.These pneumatic piston actuators can be used for on/off application and the special torque characteristic make them ideal for control applications.

Cylinder
Cylinder are processed with three precision grinding and hard chrome plated treatments, featuring exacting durability against wear and corrosion, as well as low friction coefficient. Seals offer minimun roughness possible to ensure the high.
Spring Cartridge
