The 90-degree rotary actuator features a high-strength extruded aluminum cylinder body, complemented by precision machining and a hard anodizing treatment on its inner surface. This ensures a long service life, a low friction coefficient, and swift action. The actuator's surface undergoes anodic hardening, making it suitable for a wide range of corrosive environments. For specialized working conditions, including alkaline, acidic, and marine environments, the surface can be further treated with either anodic hardening plus an epoxy resin coating or anodic hardening plus a PTFE coating.
