1. Cleaning
Pneumatic actuators are subject to various impacts during use, such as dust, wear, corrosion, etc. If not cleaned in a timely manner, it can accumulate and affect the service life of the actuator. Therefore, regular cleaning is a necessary maintenance measure.

The method of regular cleaning is to disassemble the actuator and clean it with a cleaning agent, paying attention to cleaning all corners. If necessary, a brush or cotton cloth can be used to clean hard to reach areas. However, it should be noted that do not immerse the electrical parts directly in cleaning agents to avoid damaging the circuit.

2. Lubrication
For pneumatic actuators, lubrication is a crucial part. Proper lubrication can reduce wear and friction, extending the service life of the equipment. Therefore, regular mechanical lubrication is a necessary maintenance measure.

The method of mechanical lubrication is to determine the type and quantity of lubricant to be used based on the working environment, usage conditions, and pressure of the actuator. In general, using light oil or butter can effectively protect pneumatic actuators. Of course, lubrication can also be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Observe the working status
Observing the working status of pneumatic actuators is also an important step in regular maintenance. Regular observation can detect abnormalities in a timely manner, avoiding more serious damage and operational failures. Some aspects that need attention include:

1. Observe whether the actuator is moving at a normal speed;

2. Observe for any abnormal sounds and vibrations;

3. Observe whether there is any leakage in the pneumatic actuator;

4. Observe whether the pneumatic components are worn or damaged.

If any abnormalities are found in the pneumatic actuator, corresponding measures should be taken in a timely manner to avoid more serious damage and malfunction.
