When compressed air enters the cylinder, it pushes the piston, which in turn moves the fork, thus opening or closing the valve. This actuator has several advantages, including its simple structure, quick action, high reliability, and explosion-proof feature. It is commonly used in automation control systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electricity, and metallurgy.

Body

The body is constructed from highly rigid material through an integrated molding process.

Cylinder

The cylinder undergoes three stages of precision grinding and hard chrome plating treatments, ensuring exceptional durability against wear and corrosion, along with a low friction coefficient. The seals are designed to minimize roughness, guaranteeing high performance.

Spring Cartridge

Piston

The piston exhibits exceptional dynamic sealing performance due to its design incorporating seals and a durable double-orientation ring.

Springs

The springs undergo rigorous incoming quality control inspections to ensure optimal performance. The spring surfaces are treated with an anti-corrosion coating.

Hydraulic Manual Override

The embedded screw manual and hydraulic manual design minimizes the product length, facilitating convenient installation.

Modular Configuration

The modular design allows for efficient selection and sizing of actuators, enabling online maintenance of multi-functional modules. The BG series features interchangeable functional modules, including cylinder modules, spring modules, and manual controls. Users can select various suitable module types based on the valve's process control flow requirements.
